new myGHI for Groups,
a powerful tool for performing essential administrative
functions quickly and easily online, is now available
through a special secure GHI.com Web portal to groups of 51 or
more members with GHI hospital, medical, or dental plans.
Offered to both insured and ASO groups, this service will
enable you to conduct the following tasks at your convenience,
from any PC:
- Perform
full roster management
- Enroll
new employees and their eligible dependents
- Update
member demographic information
- Terminate,
reinstate, or transfer a member
- Request
replacement ID cards
- View
benefit descriptions
- Verify
transactions through an audit function
- Review
and print current and prior billing and accounts receivable
records (available for select groups)

Soon! In the first quarter of 2008 we will
introduce a special feature that will allow you to expedite
new enrollments by distributing an electronic enrollment
form your group members can complete and submit to you
online.
You
can use the portal yourself or authorize and assign staff
members to perform specific responsibilities and tasks
appropriate to their role in your organization.

How
do I sign up?
This
new service was introduced in a pilot form for select
groups. Based on the input we received, the group Web
portal was refined and enhanced and is now available to
all qualifying GHI groups with 51 or more members. If
you have not already been contacted by your GHI Account
Executive about when you can start to take advantage of
the myGHI for
Groups online transaction tool, you will be hearing
from us soon. Your GHI Account Executive will provide
you with the unique GHI group identification number and
group PIN number you will need to log on to the myGHI
for Groups Web portal. |
